ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES 5th May 2021
Held online, at 7.00pm.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Government restrictions on travel, public meetings & social distancing placed on all residents of the UK, the May 2020 meetings of the Parish Council have been held online, as granted in new legislation, valid until 7th May 2021.
PRESENT: Cllrs S. Spivey (Chair); Cllrs Shilling, Adams, Goodall, Bevan, Mercer, Noon, Clerk & RFO.
A1.21 APPROVE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING
The minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held on Monday 4th May 2020 were signed as a true record.
A2.21 CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
The Chairman summarised the year’s Parish Council activities for 2020/21.
• Setting up of Covid Volunteer group
• Sunny side planning objections
• Tree survey discussions
• Closure of the play area
• Ongoing cemetery negotiations with Chris Hewitt
• Coordination of repairs to play area
• Online banking now completed.
• Request to re-open disused footpath
• Problems caused by increases in visitor numbers (parking, dog fouling - improve signage
• Village green wildlife grants
A3.21 FINANCIAL REPORT
All present were issued with a copy of the income and expenditure accounts for the year 2020/21. Reserves carried forward to the next financial year are £13,808.79.

There being no further business, the Chairman thanked everyone for coming and closed the meeting at 7.12pm.
