A Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 7th March 2022 in the Memorial Hall, Tealby, at 7.30pm.
There will be a short public forum from 7.20pm to 7.30pm when members of the public can ask questions or make a short statement. The public may also stay for the meeting that follows but may not take part. All are welcome to attend.

2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 10th January 2022.
4. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding from the
last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
5. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting & to receive an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
6. To receive update for Play Area – repairs / replacement item / signage for zip wire / groundwork.
7. To receive update on tree maintenance
8. To discuss Platinum Jubilee bench
9. To discuss resident’s concerns regarding 4x4 traffic Thorpe Lane ford
10. To receive update regarding raised funds from Village Green Group
11. Finance: To consider and approve schedule of payments March 2022
12. To move into closed session to discuss staffing matters.
