A Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 9th January 2023 in the Memorial Hall, Tealby, at 7.30pm. There will be a short public forum from 7.20pm to 7.30pm when members of the public can ask questions or make a short statement. The public may also stay for the meeting that follows but may not take part. All are welcome to attend.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 7th November 2022.
4. To receive update for District and County Councillors.
5. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding from the last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
6. To receive update from clerk regarding outstanding matters since the last meeting.
7. To receive update from community speed watch group.
8. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting & to receive an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
9. Finance:
a. To approve precept 2023/24.
b. To consider and approve the Schedule of Payments January 2023.
10. To discuss play area repairs, and tree maintenance.
11. To discuss Tealby Thorpe residents concerns
12. To discuss Kings Coronation event / grant.
13. To discuss replacement flags.
