The Parish Council recognises and agrees that no business, meeting, service provision or
service delivery of the Authority is of any importance above that of public and personal
safety. As such, all scheduled public meetings will be cancelled (or as circumstances dictate).
Therefore, the following meeting shall be conducted via Zoom at 7.30pm on Monday 1st
March 2021.

AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence.
2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act
2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 4th January 2021.
4. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding
from the last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
5. To receive the Clerk’s report on any matters outstanding from the last Council
Meeting and resolve as necessary.
6. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting &
to receive an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
7. Finance:
a. To consider and approve the Schedule of Payments March 2021, with
statement of accounts & to receive an update re banking.
8. To discuss maintenance for the Cemetery and Churchyard.
9. To receive update on Play Area repairs & to discuss village green landscaping.
