Extraordinary Meeting

Dear Sir/Madam
I hereby give you notice that an Extraordinary Meeting of Tealby Parish Council will be held in Tealby Village Hall, 3 Beck Hill, Tealby, LN8 3XU.
All Members are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting hereunder.
In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public and press are welcome to attend and there will be a short public forum before the meeting commences, where attendees can ask questions or make a short statement. If you would like to speak during the public forum please contact the Clerk in advance of the meeting, if possible.
The public may also stay for the meeting that follows but not take part.

02: May 23 To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
03: May 23 To agree the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 6th March 2023
04: May 23 To receive Councillor comments on any matters outstanding from the last meeting
05: May 23 To approve a schedule of payments for invoices received since the last meeting
06: May 23 To receive a Financial Summary from the Clerk
07: May 23 To execute and approve the 2022-23 Annual Return
a) Execute Annual Governance Statement
b) To approve the statement of accounts
c) Execute Certificate of Exemption
d) Execute review of effectiveness of internal audit
08: May 23 To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting
09: May 23 To resolve to delegate all decision-making power to the Clerk until such time as the
council next meets, following a by-election in June/July. These powers include, but are
not limited to, the payment of invoices and commenting on planning applications.
