A Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 5th July 2021 at the Village Hall Tealby, commencing at
7.30pm.
There will be a short public forum from 7.20pm to 7.30pm when members of the public can ask questions or
make a short statement. The public may also stay for the meeting that follows but may not take part. All are
welcome to attend.

2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 5th May 2021.
4. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding from the
last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
5. To receive the Clerk’s report on any matters outstanding from the last Council Meeting and

i. Execute Annual Governance Statement
ii. To approve the statement of accounts

iv. Execute review of effectiveness of internal audit
b. To Approve Accounts for payment
6. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting & to receive
an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
7. To provide update to cemetery and church yard maintenance agreement.
8. To consider and approve Parish Council Policies / updates.
