A Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 1st November 2021 in the Memorial Hall,
Tealby, at 7.30pm. There will be a short public forum from 7.20pm to 7.30pm when members of the
public can ask questions or make a short statement. The public may also stay for the meeting that
follows but may not take part. All are welcome to attend.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 6th September 2021.
4. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding from the
last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
5. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting & to
receive an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
6. Finance:
a. To review spending 2021/22 & set budget & precept estimate 2022/23
b. To consider and approve the Schedule of Payments November 2021.
7. To set Dates of 2022 Meetings
