A Meeting of the Parish Council will be held on Monday 6th September 2021 in the Memorial
Hall, Tealby, at 7.30pm. There will be a short public forum from 7.20pm to 7.30pm when
members of the public can ask questions or make a short statement. The public may also
stay for the meeting that follows but may not take part. All are welcome to attend.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. To receive Councillors’ Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act
2011.
3. To approve the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 5th July 2021.
4. To receive Chairman’s & Councillors comments/updates on any matters outstanding
from the last Council Meeting and resolve as necessary.
5. To receive an update on the Cemetery & Memorial Garden
6. To discuss Village Green & Play Area
7. To consider and comment on planning applications received since the last meeting &
receive an update on Planning Matters since the last meeting.
8. Finance: To consider and approve the Schedule of Payments September 2021 & to
receive an update re bank mandates.
